If fulfilment is not completed, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method based on the mode of payment used.

If you encounter any difficulty while completing the onboarding process, please reach out to our support team via Email or WhatsApp. Ensure that all required documents are given correctly and your mobile number is OTP-verified for a seamless experience.
3. Why is GST verification required, and how does it work?
GST verification is mandatory to validate the authenticity of buyers and to comply with legal and taxation requirements. During registration, you will be prompted to enter your GST number, which will be automatically verified through the government portal. Unverified accounts may face restrictions in purchasing.
4. Will I receive purchase notifications on WhatsApp?
Yes. All order confirmations and other important notifications will be sent via WhatsApp on your registered number. Please ensure WhatsApp access is enabled and the correct number is linked to your profile.
5. How does logistics and shipping work?
Our authorized partners manage all pickups and deliveries. Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on location. Logistic charges, calculated by shipment weight, will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
6. Is there an upfront payment requirement?
Yes. A full upfront payment is required depending on the nature of the inventory. This ensures commitment to the purchase and avoids fraudulent or unintentional orders.
